Shoe Zone direct - despatched 30/01 at 20.22 and DELIVERED by Royal Mail 12.22 ON 31/01...16 hours
On the same day I ordered the Amazon package EVRI have lost, I also ordered another item which was delivered safely today by Yodel...all the way from CHINA to the UK
I don't know if I have the right of reply to Evri's comments below but I would like to say:
1 I have already been in email contact with two Evri offices having negotiated their AI 'help' online. Neither were able to do anything other than offer the same bland, meaningless reassurances you see below.
2 Notice in Evri's reply that the onus is on me to contact them to sort it out. They have the tracking number so should be falling over themselves to contact me.
Never again will use evri to sent parcel. Ive been ignored by cuatomer service. Oreder not delkvered after 2 weeks, still waiting in depo. 30 min call queue to hear each time tjat parcel will be with the guy within 48h. Missed 14 day return window.

I've had 6 parcels sent via Evri to myself over the last several weeks. 4 of them "went missing" and I never received them.
1 of them didn't arrive for 6weeks and got sent back to the sender and no delivery was attempted. (seller re sent via different corrier and it arrived on a few days)
The last parcel was delivered late and the delivery driver just threw the parcel into the community hallway instead of delivery to my flat
The worst delivery company of all time. Multiple times they have said my parcels have been attempted to be delivered but they have either not attempted delivery at my address or they have delivered it to the wrong address entirely - something goes wrong every single time. Trying to get through to customer services is almost impossible, there's no option of speaking to a human being and I tried phoning and speaking to the chat bot numerous times and it wouldn't connect me to a human being. All they kept saying was that my parcel could not be delivered. Even making a complaint on their website is made difficult.
Evri consistently lose my parcels. Recently they have lost two back to back. Customer service replied and told me it had been waiting for collection for 10 days and is being sent back but the item was only bought 8 days prior to that and only shipped 4 days prior.
I pushed them for an accurate response and I have been ignored ever since. Parcel is still missing.
I hope Evri go out of business and I hope the CEO goes bankrupt. Absolute trash.

evri tracking shows parcel arrived at local depot on the Tuesday-quite obvious to me its either been damaged or worse stolen from the local depot-not the first time this has happened to me with evri,
Now evri have replied asking me to contact them-this i already wasted 2 hours of my life on already today-strange that they already have my contact details -yet have not phoned me-they really are useless at customer servic 13:06 pm Friday the 30/1/2026, just tried calling every on the number given in verify response to me, you cannot get past the chat bot and cannot leave a voice mail-they really are the worst company I have ever dealt with they are pathetic-the CEO should be ashamed of this
Waited for a delivery that was delivered somewhere else. Contacted customer service asking where it had been delivered as the picture said it was our “garage” although we have no garage, and no other house on our street has one. Was asked the next day if I had found it, to which I replied no then got told by Evri to get in touch with the company I ordered from. No attempt from courier to pick it up/tell me where they delivered it so I could get it. Shocking customer service.
Now waiting on my 2 other parcels. One Evri have had for nearly a week, meant to be 2 day delivery. Got postponed because of the rainfall. Was meant to deliver yesterday, no update from Evri. Had an ai generated email after 6pm (after the time slot they had provided to me) saying it would be delivered. It wasn’t.
Got in touch with Evri this morning to then have both my parcels to say they wouldn’t be delivered today. No idea when they will be delivered or delivered at all. After I receive these two parcels I will not be using Evri again. Been absolutely shocking here since we moved, had multiple issues and we’ve only been living here 6 weeks.
If any company uses Evri I will opt for a click and collect from now on. Can not risk not having my items that I’ve paid for not to turn up.
Awful company!, parcel after parcel un delivered or left in the street , I wish big retailers wouldn’t use this unreliable delivery system, they employ anyone , dishonest people , who basically cannot follow instructions, I have had way too many bad experiences with them, it’s about time this company was dissolved
I had sent off two parcels to a customer 2 weeks ago and I have come to find out that the third party company that evri had hired literally stole the packages, they came to pick it up at my flat and the packages never made it to my customer- absolutely ridiculous that you guys can't even deliver a package without it getting stolen by your own guys.
I can't even contact anyone here to resolve anything- literally went to call customer services, they tell me I can raise a dispute and file for a claim then they proceed to say that there's nobody available to sort anything out and then the call ended on me!
And the chat bot doesn't seem to understand how to even speak English half the time- I just need someone who can actually sort this out, I'm basically throwing money down the bin using your delivery services.
Update - 17:21 - Even the generic response with advice was dysfunctional you go to speak to their customer services on the number supplied in the reply and it goes We are experiencing technical difficulties, please call back later" and cuts the call off. What an absolute shambles I need to raise a claim for the two parcels your courier has stolen!!
I sometimes read reviews saying that people's packets etc., have been delivered to the wrong address etc., and showing a picture of someone else's door. I have never had a problem. The drivers are always polite and follow my instructions to knock and leave any parcels in the porch. It's a thumbs up from me.
