I had $50,000 stolen from my Exodus wallet just this past Monday, and the experience has been nothing short of devastating. Despite sending over dozens of emails, all I’ve received in return is generic responses and no real support.This is not a minor issue — it’s a catastrophic security failure. Somehow, someone was able to gain full access to my wallet without my knowledge or authorization, which raises serious concerns about flaws in the app itself.Exodus has shown zero accountability and no willingness to properly investigate or assist. Because of this, I am now escalating my case to the FBI Cybercrimes Division and filing a complaint with the FCC regarding their lack of support.Until Exodus addresses these serious vulnerabilities and provides real customer protection, I strongly warn others against trusting this platform with their money.Date of experience: September 2025
