Explorer Travel Insurance is the only company I have used for the last four years. Its rates are extremely competitive. When I needed clarification about a policy, I was taking out, the agents were extremely helpful and polite. My husband and I are in our mid 70s and other companies proved to be far too expensive because of our age. It is my go to place when I need to take out Travel Insurance. I thoroughly recommend them
So far my experience buying my travel insurance was easy. The price was good compared to other travel companies on the offer I had. I have not had to make a claim and therefore, unable to comment with regards to this. Hopefully, I won't have too either, but I know that I am covered for a whole year for my travels.
