Went on a cruise for the first time with friends and we had a missed port, we were the only couple that could claim out of us all and got £300 back within a matter of days. Excellent service and extremely well priced.
Ian delivers a very comprehensive service through his Explorer Travel Insurance. What he doesn't know isn't worth knowing. He also makes you feel like you are dealing with a friend rather than a faceless company that treats you as a number. Would highly recommend, even though I haven't had to make a claim.

We find the company reasonably priced and easy to contact to discuss requirements. We appreciate the arrangement to insure people travelling together who are not family members and not married. Fortunately we have not needed to make a claim although we have insured with the company several times. We are older travellers and I am over 80.
The quote was competitive for the level of cover provided. I have never had to claim on the policy so I cannot comment on the efficiency if I made a claim. I hope to continue to be insured with this company and will be whilst they remain competitive price wise.
