Used the app in the hotel. Received a recipe saying taxi on way. 20 mins later no taxi and when I call they say they have no record of it. Nearly missed the last entry for the event we were going to. Do not use.
Excellent service from Express Cabs. My driver, Oualid (driver number 255), was extremely helpful and kindly carried my cases downstairs from my apartment, which I really appreciated. The car was comfortable, clean and modern, making the journey very pleasant.Even with a hold up on the M25, he stayed calm and focused on getting me to the airport on time. He was an unflappable and careful driver throughout. The door to door service truly exceeded my expectations. I would happily use Express Cabs again and highly recommend them.
booked mini bus for a 90th birthday paid £100 for 12 people with return journey but sadly the venue got cancelled out of our control.so called to see if we could use booking for later date but they said no and also money none refundable .dredfull company be warned .they got £100 for nothing
I mistakenly booked an express cab for my trip home from Barming station,only to realise my train didn't stop there. With 20 minutes to spare, I called express and they swapped my booking to Maidstone East and suggested a revised pick up time.Very impressed with their efficiency and the cab itself was on time.I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again.Thank you so much.
the man that I had as my driver was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable I gave him £5 change for a £5 journey and he didn’t even say thankyou at all didn’t smile at all or anything and was just rude usually the drivers are quite nice but it caught me on a bad day with an unpleasant driver
