I called with a sudden problem, hoping that Jon and his crew could help. Matthew gave me a quick appointment, stayed in contact with me, and reassuring me that it would be diagnosed immediately. I feel so confident in Express auto service, they treat me with integrity, knowledge, and fantastic service.
After reading all the good reviews, I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it ended up being disappointing. My car started leaking oil after the oil change was done there, and it took me weeks to realize it was actually an oil leak. During that time, I assumed it was just condensation from the car’s AC.When I went back and explained the situation, they adjusted or replaced the oil filter, which confirmed that it wasn’t installed properly the first time. After that oil level only shows halfway on the dipstick—not even four weeks after the oil change—which doesn’t seem right to me.
We were on a 38 day, 9000 miles, 29 state drive around the country and realized that we needed to get our vehicle up to date with an oil change. We came in on 6/20/2025 and I was amazed (coming from California) that they came out to greet me, ask me what I needed and told me what the cost would be and that it would be just a short time. Minutes later they got me in and out quickly. I think the mechanic was Pey or ISI and they were very professional and personable. Too bad we don't have that kind of employee in Cali, but wanted to give a shout out to your business!!
Got there before 5 (life360 proves it), kept me there for 30 minutes and then tells me I got there after 5 so I have to go back tomorrow for an inspection sticker. Supposedly only 1 guy could do the inspections. Ok fine but there was another car waiting as well. Not my fault the guy stayed on the phone forever.
Danny and team handled my first oil change for my Jeep Wrangler Eco Diesel in a professional manner. Knew exactly what type of oil and got me in and out in 20 minutes. Also made sure to put air in the spare tire! Thanks for the great service!
They are the best car service I've ever experienced! When I was a young single working mom of 3, my budget was small, yet I was taken advantage of so many times that car problems weren't just stressful they were nightmares. These guys at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers have changed my car problems to easy to solve and I no longer feel ripped off. They have never overcharged me, or tried to upsell me. I have never been disappointed with the quality of the repairs!
