Review Time
Was 2 qts low the day after they changed my oil. Had 2 other mechanics tell me they had over tightened the screws and I would need a new oil change and filter. They refused to fix it even tho they could have burned up my engine. I have used them with no issues in the past but will never use them again. They are also way over priced.
Great experience as always. From my call this morning and Steven letting me know it was a good time to come to Lucas changing my oil and checking everything to even cleaning the window where a sticker left film on it. They all have a wonderful attitude. Even received a new tire quote without any pressure to buy the tires. Thank you for a wonderful experience. God bless you all.
These were the kindest people that have ever done an oil change on my car. They really do quality work. Their kindness made my day! I am also a tiny girl and they did not even try to sell me $600 worth of extra work like oil change places normally do to me. I felt respected. Appreciate these guys!
Had an oil change Sunday at the Yulee FL location. Tech spilled oil in the engine bay. Then states “I sprayed some brake cleaner on it, just drive 40-50mph on the highway and it will come off”. Car leaked oil on 2 different driveways and now has a “oil low” light because it’s leaking oil. Car is a 2023 VW with under 18000 miles. Now 2 driveways have to be professionally cleaned and the oil leak needs to be fixed and car detailed because there is oil everywhere underneath and out the back.
