Review Time
I came in with a car not starting issue and check engine light , paid $420, got half a mile down the road, and the check engine light came back on and I had the same issue. I came back to get the issue fixed, as it wasn't fixed the first time when I dropped $420. Not only did I get charged more money to get the problem re-inspected, I got denied further service. I got denied because the manager misheard me on the phone when I told him, the problem couldn't be fixed by an oil change because I had just gotten my oil changed in March and wasnt due again until August, and that I had just gone in May to get topped off/checked out. So not only did I come in with a problem that didnt get fixed, I got disrespected and turned away because the manager was adamant on up charging me on service my car didnt need. To top off this sundae, I got a copy of the mechanics notes and the mechanic that started the work, put the error code that came up was a connection issue and that there are visibly damaged wires. The manager tried explaining to my husband what the difference was between an oil change and a top off. Downright DISRESPECTFUL. It is BEYOND me to be treated like im an idiot and I dont keep up with my car. I was scammed out of $420 to still have the same issues I walked in with for this shop. They even tried charging me $75 for them to diagnose the issue they neglected to fix the first time. INSANE.
Went to the one in Locust Grove Ga in a panic at closing cause oil light came on while driving oil saying low oil pressure. Frankie & Justin was awesome they let me pull my car in checked my oil there was no oil in my car after getting oil changed on 06/19 at dealership. Frankie topped my oil off and Justin explained to me what kind of oil should be put in my car/ checked under to make sure there was no leaks. I’m grateful that they was willing to help me. I have taken my car to the Riverview location on Boyette Rd for the past few years and they are the ABSOLUTE BEST. I will never take my car elsewhere - I cannot say enough wonderful things about how incredible everyone is at that location! They are always so kind and professional and HONEST - every single person, every single time. I have never felt pressured into extra services and they have even talked me out of services that they felt weren’t necessary - that is rare and refreshing for a car repair company. They always take the time to explain exactly what’s going on with my car, in a way I (not car savvy at all) can understand. On top of all that, they do a great job with services and the oil changes take literally 10 minutes and you can stay in the vehicle!! They have definitely earned my trust & loyalty. I recommend them to everyone and they have a customer for life in me.
Hands down, excellent service every time! I pulled up for my oil change and they were already working. Super fast, no wait! Darryl even Googled a tutorial to help me reset my oil life, customer service! This is my third oil change here, and it’s way cheaper than what I was paying at Acura. Friendly, efficient, and they actually care. 10/10!!!
