I (and many many friends and family) have stopped buying EZ products - after two containers exploded in our shed and damaged a 3K bike to the sum of 800 quid.
At first EZ took responsibility then withdrew it. It would have cost more to take them to legal than to take the hit.
Be careful to check containers are intact.
We (and many of our friends and family) had been long standing customers. No customer loyalty, even with overwhelming evidence showing the container explosion had caused the bike / shed damage.
Customer service deeply lacking - which is a shame.
EZ car care were recommended to me by a professional car detailer who is a good friend. I've worked in the automotive industry and in industrial/commercial imaging for many decades, so am used to preparing kit for photography.
Firstly - EZ seem to produce good automotive chemicals at sensible prices. The products I have tried do what they say and are not silly money.
First order, I had a glitch. You might think this was a bad thing but stuff happens. Here's the thing: a quick call. friendly polite service - fixed. I judge people in business by how well they deal with stuff that goes wrong. These guys are polite, friendly and efficient.
Ordered a week ago, no delivery no delivery update, emailed few times no reply like they have took my money and ran, absolutely bad customer experience definitely will be going elsewhere for next perches

Heard nothing got in touch email again ( no reply) message on Facebook again no reply.
I'll contact PayPal to get a refund sorry but first and last order.
Ordered a load for my petrol head mate's birthday which was yesterday, a week after ordering and paying for Royal Mail 48hour, they haven't even left the warehouse. Don't make me pay for 48 hour delivery if you are going to keep all my goods in your warehouse. Avoid
I was hesitant to place my first order, but everything has gone smoothly with my initial experience. The representative provided excellent customer service, and the items arrived well-packaged and on time, even during a promotional week. I'll definitely be ordering again.
I want to start by saying I appreciate their products, but I'm disappointed with their customer service when problems arise. I placed an order in early November, but due to a shipping label error, it got stuck in a loop with the postal service. I finally received my order, but it was missing items. After contacting the service via email, they promised to send the missing items promptly and provided a tracking number. A week later, the items still hadn't arrived due to issues with the label. Despite confirming the address multiple times, it got stuck again. When I reached out to them about the situation, I was told it had been delivered. My relative who works in the postal service informed me it was stuck between a distribution center and the local post office, and he’s trying to resolve it. I provided proof of the incorrect address, but it's been over a month and a half without resolution. This experience is quite disappointing, and I doubt I'll order from them again given the uncertainty of delivery. So, spend your money wisely.
