She helped us compare options without any pressure and made the whole process so easy. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers find the right pieces. We were worried about getting our 4 piece modular couch into the house because of its size but Mikey and Denis were in and out within 15 minutes, all wrapping removed and sofa ready to relax on. Many thanks for an excellent service
