Needed to buy a mattresses, there was only 1salesman upstairs and it was busy we all waited patiently for the man ! Eventually we found a mattresses we liked so I asked my son to ask someone downstairs to help us ! Up came a very snippy woman who told us follow her but I said I wanted to ask some questions regarding the mattresses again she abruptly told me follow her! She had no interest in us or our business and smartly replied we had to pay separately for someone to take it away!! She told me she would send a link immediately to my email to pay ! She never once smiled nor used a mannerly word our thanked me for doing business with her ( she wasn’t a young one) Eventually got my link to pay Thursday!! It really is awful when your spending out hard earned money to be dealing with unpleasant ill mannered individuals
I often visit these stores for a look around and inspiration for items and never feel pressured by sales personnel. Today I purchased a solid wood dinning table and set of chairs with matching bar stools. All items were in stock but they will hold our items for around 4 weeks till we are ready for delivery. I loved they had matching bar stools to our dinning chairs. We purchased the protection cover for all of furniture and are yet to receive items so can not review of them but the customer service and management in the Mahon store was so efficient and helpful I would highly recommend.
