I just bought my first couch from John F in Little Island store! He was so helpful, explained the process and the details of everything! The store is so clean and well laid and out with lots of options on display! A great experience!

Re- schedule delivery charge

Due to unplanned delays we were unable to close on our new home on Friday to get the keys. So I had to advise the delivery team I couldn't guarantee access to the house for delivery time provided the following Tuesday (after bank holiday). Left homeless over the bank holiday weekend, EZ living also charged me 49 euro to change the delivery. Having spent thousands with EZ living, I feel like this was an opportunity to use discretion and waive this re-schedule fee.
