My husband and I visited several stores, but we couldn’t agree on a sofa, which is the most important piece of our new home. At EZ Living, we found the perfect sofa. The service was incredible – they solved our problem quickly and at a great price.The attendant, John, explained that the sofa could take up to six weeks to deliver, but he’d call me during the week to confirm. To our surprise, he contacted us four days later and said the delivery could be made the following week, which is perfect for us.The entire store staff was incredibly receptive and attentive. We’ll definitely be back to buy the remaining furniture for our new home.
I am so disappointed with the delivery service I received this morning. I was told in the shop that the delivery man would assemble table and bench. He did not assemble bench but also left all of the packaging. He told me I had not paid for the service for the bench, which I was told I had. I would have paid extra for this if I had known. I have just bought a new house and was hoping I would make a lot of purchases in the future but after this experience I will not be shopping with ez living again.
