Have gotten a few items in the past from EZ Living and have always been happy with the service and quality. Recently took delivery of a chest of drawers and was particularly impressed by Peter and Val, it was not an easy job as our staircase is a bit awkward but they were very helpful and good humoured.
My first time to buy anything in EZ Living and it won't be the last. I was dealing with Dave in store and he couldn't have been more helpful. Mikey and Denis delivered and assembled my furniture and again lovely fellas. Would def recommend
Lorraine at EZ living Naas is amazing.She went out of her way to help me measure furniture and make sure I was completely satisfied before I made my purchase.Lorraine explained everything very clearly in relation to delivery and delivery schedules and I couldn't have asked for more. I am delighted with my purchase of 6 dining chairs and Val delivered with efficiency coming at the time he should he would, so i didn't have to wait home for ages for a delivery
Mike & Denis, delivered my new bed & headboard today, they were very professional and friendly. I recently had a big operation so they very kindly offered to assemble the bed and headboard and took all the packaging with them which I was very grateful for
Peter and Val were very much on time, and called me in advance, I was worried they couldn’t park as a lot of building in the area they got around it, very personable. Only issue is I didn’t know it needed assembly and now have to pay to get that done, do that part of customer journey from EZ Livjng not great
Dave and Nathan delivered my furniture from EZ Living interiors this morning and I couldn't have asked for two nicer gentleman. They couldn't have been more helpful. They arrived on time and had the furniture assembled in no time.In fact all the organisation from the assistants at their Liffey Valley store was top class - They wee of their word re: delivery dates etc.Delighted with the quality of the furniture.
The delivery drivers Peter and Val called 30 minutes before delivery. Lifted a very heavy piece of furniture into property were very polite and friendly. Yannick in the belgard branch in tallaght went out of his way to explan everything about the furniture I was buying helped with all questions, clearly explained all conditions, demonstrating the best in customer service ref 937257
