Review Time
We haven’t been using Factorial for very long yet, but so far our team’s overall impression has been mostly positive. The software makes administrative HR tasks significantly easier and helps streamline many everyday processes.We would especially like to highlight the customer service and onboarding experience – both have been very friendly, supportive, and professional.The only downside we’ve noticed so far are occasional bugs or server downtimes, which can cause some confusion among employees, for example when time tracking doesn’t work as expected. Overall, however, we’re satisfied with the solution and see a lot of potential.
I have been following for several years Factorial and a year ago a switched company and I had the freedom of chosing our HRIS and my experience has been excellent because:1. Account Manager (Juan Ignacio among others) have an excellent knowledge of the product and provide you tailor made advice.2. Almost all improvement suggestions that I have done, have been implemented3. Very intuitive platform4. Instructive videos (HR pills)
We have been using Factorial for two years and are very satisfied. The ability to map all HR-related processes within one software solution has simplified many things. The DATEV interface in payroll processing is also a real work relief. Automated workflows, reminder functions, and quick and easy employee surveys create more space for creative freedom and innovation. For two years, we have also had the same dedicated account manager, which is not something you see every day. Here, I always receive fast, professional, and friendly support. The product is continuously being improved and expanded. We’re excited to see what’s still to come.
Factorial is a solid HR system that offers a wide range of modules and makes it easy to keep all information in one place. The software is constantly improving, and the account manager is always available to answer questions and consider new ideas for further development.
Factorial is very user friendly and easy to use which is great for our employees. They also have new features rolled out on a very regular basis that help their customers get the most out of the platform. This is strengthened by their always present support and assistance.
The tool is fine and is available in Spanish and English, which is why we use it. The issues I have with it are that it's full of bugs. Support could be better. The platform has bugs, problems tend to persist, and solutions are not 100%. They solve one thing, and the solution breaks another.
We chose Factorial because it combines all the important HR functions in one clear platform, replacing several tools we had previously used. The absence tool in particular supports us in our daily work. However, better Outlook integration of this feature would be a further improvement. For a year now, we have been very satisfied with the reasonable price-performance ratio and the fast, helpful support provided by our account manager Plamen.
For me it is currently (2025) the best HR software I've ever worked with!The support ist unmatchable by competitors and at the end of the day this is the most important specific.You will have an empathic human that will help you with everything and this is super important as Factorial continuously introduces new amazing features.Best in class!
