We are currently in the implementation phase of the platform and, so far, we have been very well supported by the friendly Nelson. The platform is very intuitive, with several excellent features that are easy to use and understand, and with a very dynamic layout.As far as support is concerned, we've had responses within a reasonable timeframe, with the exception of one case that took a little longer. All in all, we are very satisfied and look forward to sharing more feedback on the platform soon.
Our Experience with FactorialOur experience with Factorial, from the first contact through to the onboarding phase, has been very positive.This review is based on the following aspects of our interaction: - Initial platform presentation and contract signing; - Plan selection and upgrade process; - Onboarding experience; - Interaction with technical support; - Use of available tools.So far, we believe Factorial is a good fit for our company, especially considering its configurations aligned with local regulations (in our case, Portugal). The onboarding process deserves special mention — it was detailed and delivered with great attention and clarity.We haven’t fully tested the platform’s post-onboarding support, but in the few interactions we've had, there were some delays in response. We expect this to improve as we continue using the platform.At this stage, we are using mainly the HR functionalities, and have yet to migrate the entire HR department to the platform. However, we’re satisfied with the performance so far. We appreciate that the platform continues to evolve, adding features that support managers and enhance internal communication.
I have been working with Factorial for 4 years and I am very happy, they are constantly renewing the system and always want to improve. My company has the human resources application for time and attendance control, absence control and documentation channel. The truth is that I am very happy and satisfied.
We are working with this app a few months ago, and the experience is so good. We have a big team (35 people) so with this app is easier to manage the team (holidays, schedule, etc.).Also if you have doubts, they do a follow-up (in our case Arnau) and they fix all the problems.
Terrible and unreliable customer service. I have been trying for a year now. They never solve the problem in one go and keep asking what is the issue although described it already. Their answers, if any are unsatisfactory and almost every time not solved. There is no other way to describe it as absolutely "shitty", (excuse my language). I am very much annoyed with their service, their performance tools and their unwillingness to change things, which are not going well. I would avoid this tool.
My experience with Factorial, and in particular with Prune de Loriol, during the recruitment process for an Account Manager position, was extremely disappointing and frustrating.Despite the inclusive and diversity-focused image this company tries to project, the reality is very different. My recruitment process was marked by a profound lack of respect: interviews scheduled and then cancelled at the last minute, excessive and unjustified expectations, lack of transparency and unequal treatment compared to other candidates.As a black woman with experience, I was subjected to much higher demands than other candidates. For example, in a play role managing a customer in churn, I was expected to upsell - an expectation not placed on other candidates. These disparities are not only unfair but also reveal bias in the selection process.I can't help thinking that these differences in treatment are linked to racial bias. This is all the more disappointing coming from a company that claims to uphold values of inclusivity, when its teams are composed by a blatant majority of white people.I am extremely disappointed by this experience and would urge Factorial to seriously review its recruitment practices so that they are truly respectful, inclusive and fair.
Great HR Management System!Very friendly platform, easy to use and access.There are some minor improvements to be done, but in general it attends very well our HR demands. I’m sure they have a continuous improvement process and I’m certain that they will achieve a high level of performance.
