The software isn't too bad, but it becomes increasingly complex and overwhelming all the time. However, don't expect any support if you encounter issues with their product. Customer service is virtually nonexistent. Communicating with them is a horrendous experience, they ignored us for nearly a week, and we were (and still are) locked out of the account. Don't recommend them at all!

For me, it's the best business management platform I've ever seen. It's very comprehensive, centralizing and automating many of the day-to-day tasks of HR, finance, and operations departments.It has a great UI/UX that's both understandable and intuitive. I've seen many other business management platforms, and this one is the most complete, interconnected, intuitive, and best-designed of them all. I definitely recommend it over any other.
We are now working more than 2 years with Factorial and the tool is a good help in daily processes.The database is huge and the possibilities are great, but to get the dates out of the system is not as easy as it appears at the beginning. A big help is the contact to our key account. She is in regular contact with us and helps us to improve the system in our need.

From a Human Resources perspective, our overall experience with FACTORIAL has been positive, particularly in terms of the relationship and ongoing support provided by the account management team. We would especially like to highlight the close, collaborative, and proactive approach of the manager assigned to our account, who consistently demonstrates availability, understanding of our needs, and a strong commitment to finding solutions together. This human and professional support adds significant value to the platform.In terms of the product itself, FACTORIAL stands out for its continuous evolution. The company shows a clear commitment to improvement by regularly developing and implementing new modules, which reflects an active listening process and a desire to adapt to the changing needs of organizations.However, there are areas where further improvement would be welcome. The application layout and user experience could be enhanced, particularly to facilitate access and usability for employees who do not have a computer as part of their daily work and rely mainly on mobile devices. A more intuitive and mobile-oriented design would encourage broader and more consistent use across the workforce.
We implemented the software last September, and it has proven to be an excellent decision. It supports us in time tracking, managing vacation requests, and processing expense reimbursements. The platform is highly intuitive and easy to use. Customer support in the event of any issues is very prompt, and our account manager provides highly professional assistance and follow-up.

Best Features: Project management and time tracking - The clock-in feature and the project management tool is very intuitive and lets you create reports very easilyVacation overview - you can share calendars with specific people and teams and restrict them for others easilyCustomer Service - Very quick response time and always friendlyReminders - if a contract ends soon, or it is an employees anniversary, Factorial will send out an automatic reminderAffordability - we had compared several tools, and Factorial beat them with the best value for moneyIntegration - Compared to other tools in the past, the integration had been very easy and went off without problems.Electronical sick note verification (German market)DATEV integration (German market)Possible Improvements: Hourly employee calculations - while you can easily download a report and then get the calculation results with a fomular, it would be great if monthly/quaterly/annual average hours for hourly employees can be seen in the tool Clock-in feature location - it would be great if the clock-in feature would be visible on the starting page, as you currently log in within the time featureExternal users - While it is great that you can set up external users, it could be improved by adding a more flexible visibility feature. I can wholeheartedly recommend the software.
We have been on factorial for few years now, Jesia is our account manager, she is the best ! Always available, with good advices, you can trust her and the platform. We are really satisfied with the SIRH and with our account manager. Factorial is a complete and reliable HR platform for handling absences, personal documents, trainings, work time, evaluation, billing, etc. No doubt, go for it !
