We have been using Factorial since 2023, and it has been a great experience so far. From the Customer Success Managers to the Customer Support team, communication has always been easy, professional, and highly effective. The platform itself has evolved impressively within a short time, and it’s remarkable to see how many valuable new features have been introduced since we started using it.Compared to my previous experiences with other systems, I can confidently say that Factorial has been one of the best HR solutions we’ve worked with. While there are occasional minor bugs, nothing has been critical, and the team resolves issues quickly and reliably.Their time-tracking and time-off modules are particularly strong—clear, intuitive, and flexible. They offer managers a lot of customization options while providing transparency and ease of use for employees.We are also starting soon to use their new system integrations for payslips with Datev in Germany, as well as additional modules such as Training and IT Inventory. We are excited to see how these will continue to develop and look forward to the upcoming features and enhancements on their roadmap. Much interesting is their own AI called One and we are very excited to see how far it can assist with day to day operations with Factorial. One area where we believe there is room for improvement is in the transparency of balance adjustments. Automatic system adjustments in case of errors could be more visible and easier to track. However, what truly sets Factorial apart is that the team listens actively to feedback and is open to discussing improvements and implementing new functionalities based on customer needs.Overall, we are very satisfied and look forward to continuing our journey with Factorial.
We have been costumers for almost 4 years now. It's a great tool and it has many appliance. We have constant contact with out Account Manager Albert and he´s very ser helpful with our demands. But... as it's a very "new" app and it's growing streadily we notice that it bugs all the time, we have several problems that have been persistent for some time now and we are not having any solution nearly.
The company has been a customer for over 8 years now. The tool is useful and keeps getting updated to include more HR friendly modules and we've always been glad to experience firsthand or even in advance the features. The relationship with our Account Manager has always been great and transparent, even when we had to point out some issues or details that we didn't quite see as useful. Fiorenza Zincone, before, and Alessia Munì, now, have always been very kind and helpful in listening to our feedback, concerns and they always do their best to come up with discounts or useful informations regarding the software and its new modules. I'm giving 4 stars because I can see there's still room for improvement within the software (for example in The performance review feature) and it can still upgrade to include more HR related tools. Overall the company is satisfied and as part of the HR Team I'm pleased with how the relationship is going so far.

I’ve been a Factorial customer for years. Recently, my subscription price doubled without any prior notice or consent.I reached out multiple times to clarify the issue before renewal — no one replied. Only after escalating and threatening legal action did Adrian H., an account manager, respond briefly to say my “discount expired.” No acknowledgment of the missing notice or consent, and no resolution since.Under German law, unilateral price increases without explicit consent or direct notice are generally not valid. Yet Factorial has ignored my messages while continuing to charge the higher amount.Extremely disappointing experience from a company that promotes itself as people-first.
