Awful experience

Awful experience. My child’s phone didn’t connect to the parent app and it locked down her phone and took over control. She couldn’t access anything and we couldn’t stop it. We had no way of connecting and ended up having to factory reset the phone, loosing everything. It was like it had been hacked. I couldn’t get hold of customer service and was completely stuck

The customer care received was great, but finding a link to it was not easy

The customer care received was great. The website should be much more clear about how to get direct customer care, however, because it's misleading. But the service itself was perfect.

Happy for troubled users all over the world. 24 hour service is great.

For some reason, Wondershare could no longer be started, which caused me a lot of trouble.I found the customer service chat screen, filled out the situation, and immediately received a reply with instructions on how to proceed.It was probably late at night at the location where the service team worked.I realized this later, but I thought it was a great response. I have nothing but gratitude. thank you very much.

My opinion!

The moment I contact one of the workers for assistant with my acc it was more fast than say hi the answer that I got! so helpful and kind! I had a good experience with the app and the people that work there! wishing good things for the company!
