I have been using Wondershare Filmora for many years. All the new features are fantastic but I ran into a situation where the new Boris FX wouldn't load properly. Wondershare support answered my question and fixed the problem very quickly. Not only is this great video editing software, the customer support is also great.

I have a lifetime license and when the last upgrade came out it was a bit confusing as it stated that we would need to pay for this upgrade. Upon writing support, it was clarified that we would not have to pay for this upgrade. I was happy this was resolved quickly and a correction was made for those that would pay and those that need not. I really enjoy the product and its ease to use.
***** The worst part has been trying to cancel the subscription--ensuring that a charge would not occur. ******I cancelled less than 24 hours of the monthly subscription that was purchased on the 22nd of November. I followed their guidance by contacting support through the account.Since then, (today is Nov 30) I have had nonstop back and forth communication with their support team asking for an egregious amount of information...for which I have supplied sufficient details for each of their requests. It seems to never end...They have set up their cancellation/refund policy so that they don't have to give out any refunds. Read what reasons are not acceptable and what would qualify for a cancel-refund. Lame.I highly suspect that they're making this process painful for the purchaser/user, as a greedy business tactic $$$. —that is downright nasty.….and my patience has run out. Thus, turning my focus on posting reviews about my experience.as for the app: It had potential but lacks control power. Totally useless for our iOS needs—-we need more specific customizations for a broad variety of apps. There was also a huge lag between the time I had altered settings (such as allowing more time) and the controlled device.---***---***---update (12/14)---***---***---Wonderview's reply to my review was to ask for more information; again! Screenshots and the like, as I have explained, cannot be provided after the app had been removed from the devices. Which I had done immediately upon the decision to cancel. It would have been possible to re-add and configure and go through 'troubleshooting'--that is true. It was such a pain to remove any remnants of the program, that I had to restore the devices from backup or as a 'new phone'. As a busy parent of multiple children, who is looking for an easier way to manage time (like, a parental control app)....come on now.
