I have a 4K video cam and record my group performances. Sometimes I forget to check the battery and if it runs out of juice while recording, the video file becomes useless as it has no metadata saved. I tried wondershare video recovery for free trial to see if it works on Oct 24th. It did indeed and saved my video! I purchased the product online using paypal. Unfortunately it was linked to my wife's email, which made it difficult to install on my computer with my email address. I called the customer service dept and got right through to Jerry in customer support. It took him about 15 minutes to figure out how to resolve the issue. It's now up and running and I can't thank Jerry enough! *****
WonderShare is total pants it does not work!!! I initially researched the best application to remove watermarks & all recommended WonderShare.I started off using the free trial version- which was fine & it prompted me to purchase the full version- Its Not Cheap!!!Once purchased the service for removing watermarks does not workI raised a ticket and asked for a refund because if I cant use the service for what it was intended, then they should refund what I paid & use that to find a product that worksBut I got a sorry excuse of their refund policy, which is basically saying, 'I Don't give a Damn'- This is total pantsI have the emails as evidence & I have written to my local MP - Too Many People are being scammed from these Online Internet Applications, & Google Allow it.They wouldn't get away with this, if WonderShare was a shop or a store.They are only getting away with this because there are actual no regulations or laws from Google or Governments to protect consumersThis is really bad!!!!
