Review Time
Placed order on 1/27/25 and four days later have yet to receive a confirmation that the order has been shipped. No response to email sent to seller seeking clarification as to when item will be shipped. Now see that many others are experiencing similar or worse problems. Not a French company and products made in China when the website clearly indicates that the product I ordered is made in Italy. Total scam. 5 days after order received notice that they dont have the product ordered and can’t tell me when they will! Shut these fraudsters down. Note their lame response where they take no responsibility for the commitment to process / ship within 1-2 days or the fact that they cannot meet the 6-12 day delivery window as the product is not even available.
