Been using fanbasis for about a year and has been a big protective bubble from the Wild West online processing space.Our model is very cashflow intensive so processing breaks creates a big risk and is the one “red alert” thing in our biz, where if that broke then stuff would hit the fan quick. Stripe notorious for holds + refunding customer lists, whop has hidden fees & can’t get ahold of anyone helpful, maverick took 30 days to resolve a simple issue so we’ve been through it all at this point Had a friend tell me about fanbasis and was just throwing stuff at the wall so figured we’d try it out, and will say these guys are the only ones who actually “get it” from the customer perspective.Support actually moves, and moves quick. Never had any processing issues & great rates with a very simple dashboard that doesn’t take an instruction manual to figure out. Lots of practical customizable features that unlocked a few things we’ve been trying to do for months with the biz & simplified accounting so the finance side of the biz was able to finally get simplified.I never write reviews and usually sit in the background but Fanbasis’s impact on our business removed so much headache I felt like I had to. Would recommend.
I ordered a book and I had no idea when the payment details came in that it was for the book I had purchased . I apologise for thinking this company took unauthorised funds when they didn’t. So I’m coming in here to amend my review that this company is legit and it does what it says it does and supports companies on the financial side of getting there goods sold 🙏

Cam did a great job at walking me thru the entire Fanbasis product, and dashboard. I did not know the services included so much value and he articulated everything extremely well and allowed my first introduction of Fanbasis to be very positive. I am excited to utilize the system and looking forward to a long last relationship as a customer with the company. Phenomenal experience with Fanbasis overall. Cam is always there to assist me at any time during the day and he answers super fast. Unlike other payment processors, the team and support is 10/10, not some random Indian that has the same access to you and thinks you don’t know how to work the payment processors.
