Fanbasis is the reason we're alive today.If it wasn't for Cam and the team at Fanbasis, our business would've gone under at this point.We were using Stripe, processing over 200K per month there, until one day, we randomly get shut down, and they take a 30K hold. We had no way of getting paid. I made a few phone calls, talked to a few people to hear about Fanbasis, and it was a non-brainer for me. They don't give you a support rep, you get a TEAM of 5 people on your account, responding within 15 minutes, I don't have a single complaint. I've transacted around $220K through fanbasis already and it's been smooth, fast, easy, just incredible. Got nothing bad to say. Highly recommend

On June 08, 2025, I made purchases of $99.00, $197.00, and $29.00. I want these amounts refunded. I have contacted the company at 1-305-786-5481 many times, plus emailed this request, and have gotten the runaround as to why they will not send my refunds. They sent instructions in a foreign language, which I can not understand The company name is Fanbasis Astrolab USAI have logged a complaint with my credit card company, seeking a refund.
Was honestly surprised to see so many negative reviews, until I realized that most of them are for companies that process payments on Fanbasis, not reviews for Fanbasis themselves. The team at Fanbasis has been one of the most supportive, transparent, and responsive teams I have ever worked with for our Growth Partner Agency. All of our clients use them. Shoutout Yash, to Lyle, Tony, and the rest of the team. They're not just a payment processor and a great education platform, but they truly care about the success of all of their users.Their support response time is unmatched (in less than a minute at times, don't want to set improper expectations though lol), but they have also referred us clients to help us scale, always follow through on their word, and have a world class product.I have used other processors with content hosting platforms, and have been transparently misled and lied to about fees, financing options, and even referral commissions. I never have to worry about the integrity of this team, and have not heard a single negative review from anyone I know in the high-ticket industry.Keep up the great work team 💪
They have no competition. I’ve tried various different payment processors, Payoneer, Stripe, PayPal… and the list goes on, but FanBasis is in a league of their own. Their customer support replies in seconds. Carter has been a huge help with everything. Carter onboarded me, got me setup real quick and whenever I have any questions, he responds instantly. Their whole team is insanely good at what they do. But not just that, they let you take payment with anything including Apple Pay, google pay, after pay and even cash app. They’ve never held my funds once irrespective of how big the amount was. I sound like they paid me to say this, but I honestly have never had a better experience than this.
Several attempts to contact anyone & no communication regarding their processing of unauthorized/ fradulent transaction. The money is in their hands from both sides. They seem to be in no hurry to remediate. CFPB and FTC should look into this company.
I have tried over 6 different payment processors, including stripe, payoneer, paypal, wise, square and paystack... and none come close to Fanbasis. Idk why I never heard of them before, but they onboard you personally, the customer service is insane and they never hold your funds, like never. Plus you can use apple pay, after pay, cashapp... and we're based in Africa which is the craziest part.
If you were to ask me what’s the absolute best payment processor for high ticket a few months ago I would have said another processor. Today, I have to be honest, the guys at Fanbasis are incredible. Great support, they listen to you and I love where the company is heading. In all honesty, we also use Whop, I like them very much as well. My advice: if you currently have Whop open yourself Fanbasis and check it out. They won’t disappoint you.
