Working with Dantré Taylor at Fanbasis has been exceptional. He’s always coming up with solutions, new angles, financing options and custom approaches. These guys are serious players in the market right now, very forward-thinking company, and you can feel they’re genuinely pushing the space forward rather than reacting to it.Also a big shoutout to Tony Miranda / Lyle Zullo sharp guys and clearly part of why the standard is so high over there

I was double charged

I was double charged. They have a bogus 800 number, and they do not respond to emails. Refused to acknowledge my emails that my software confirmed they read, or deliver refund even well within 30 day money back guarantee. BUYER BEWARE. Unless you like getting scammed.

FanBasis Seamless + Great Support

Used fan basis as a client, very seamless payment processing and integration. Support team and overall communication was unmatched. Compared to strip where I can never get in touch with anyone. As a new company they're doing a great job and we'll only be getting better!

Not just another processor... I've just only recently signed up with FanBasis and already the communication and support has been phenomenal 👏🏽 We've had payment processors in the past, most don't even provide you with a dedicated account manager... With FanBasis, you receive your own dedicated slack channel with multiple points of contact in addition to your assigned account manager...

Company has horrible response time

Company has horrible response time. Leandro who set up my account. Never answered my text or calls when i needed update on process of my account. 3 weeks later they emailed stating i’m declined. When i asked to use their services for exactly everyone else uses their services for. Very weird and unprofessional company
