Should have look it up first

Should have look it up first. Never got my order. It’s been 6 weeks. I got a tracking number, it cleared customs in Boise, ID… that makes sense. I emailed, I got a second tracking number, this time it’s in California and has been in transit for 2 weeks. I emailed again, and got the most ai response. They were upset as I am, it’s Trump’s Tariffs. That would make sense, if the package wasn’t already in the USA. I requested a refund, but again, they are upset as I am and they are also anxious. The company has to be a complete scam and it’s too bad, I really liked that shirt.

Don't throw your money away.

I ordered in May, and by the end of July still hadn't received the items. After emailing back and forth several time they then tell me it's the delivery companies' problem. I did email the delivery company, and they have never responded. I will never again order from them, nor recommend anyone order from them. If I had to rate scammers, they would get five stars

Ordered a product that never was delivered

Paid for a baseball cap online. Received several email "updates" regarding shipping status. Last one was that it was "delivered." It never was. Contacted customer service with no results. I am out the price of the hat and delivery fee.

ANOTHER SCAM

Never order a thing advertised on Facebook without researching a company & reading all reviews.The experience with these scammers is so similar to others this trusting old muggins has had. A late learner you might say!!Don't waste your money, or expect PayPal to do the right thing by you, they seem to be in favour of crooks & scammers, rather than the scammed!

If I could give a negative number I would!!. I ordered March 3 and still not have received anything. I relied on their supposed "tracking" info - I emailed several times inquiring about my purchase. My last response from them was that it was "delivered" at 1 a.m. on April 1. I have cameras - nothing was even recorded close to the 1 a.m. I emailed again asking me to check my bushes, etc and my neighbors. Not sure what reputable "delivery" service tosses things in bushes. There was no picture from them to prove that it was delivered. I am beyond frustrated with them. Ready to report fraud.

Total rip-off

Total rip-off. Received t-shirt that was way too small. NOT and XL. More like a kids large size. They asked me to take a picture (like that was going to do anything). I saved the bag that it was packed in and it showed XL on the stickers. Laid it on top of one of my XL shirts and it was clearly the wrong size. Sent the pictures and their response was to send it back at my cost but it would be very expensive to send it back to China. I told them to send me an XXL (just in case their sizes are off) and a prepaid shipping form and I'll send it back. They came back with a $2 refund offer. Yep, a whole $2!! When I emailed them back and said it was not an acceptable offer they came back with a $4 refund!! It's an insulting offer so I asked for my money back and now, no answer. They are a China based operation even if their website looks like it is not. Total rip-off! Avoid this company at all costs!

I placed an order on Feb. 15th 2025 and I still have not received my $64 purchase. I have contacted the seller 3 times and they keep telling me my order is in transit. I have asked for a refund but the answer was no. That once I recieved the merchandise I could return it then and get my refund. I will never order from this place again!!!

I used them this morning to purchase a shirt, and within a couple of hours 3 fraudulent transaction out of my account to Sainsbury’s using my card details. Then accessed my meta account on Facebook

Overcharged and Received Defective Product

Similar to the experience of other reviewers, my credit card was overcharged when I ordered a Gulf of Mexico cap. The corrected it when I sent them a message. It would have been easy to miss if I wasn't watching. The cap I received had several letters missing, and some were starting to peel. When I asked for a replacement or a refund they offered me $3 compensation. I responded that I didn't pay for a defective cap and they should replace it. They responded that I could get a full refund if I paid to return the cap to China. I complained again and they upped the offer to $4. I will not be ordering from them again.
