Only because I cannot give 0 stars

Only because I cannot give 0 stars. More money was charged to my credit card than was shown on my Order summary. When I contacted customer service they ghosted me. Never answered or explained. It’s been a month and still no merchandise. I’ll revise when I finally receive and check out the quality of the merchandise. I do not have high hopes.

Ordered 2 shirts and a ballcap

Ordered 2 shirts and a ballcap. got the shirts - correct size and design, but the hat was wrong color and design, and shipped separately. I contacted them to let them know it was incorrect, and took a picture from my order showing the hat I ordered - but they still wouldn't admit it was the wrong hat. They offered a $2 refund, saying shipping would be expensive, etc. so I said sure, but $5 would be better. We'll see if I get a refund though. Not a good business to deal with. Too bad, too, because they had some funny stuff but I will now look elsewhere for online clothing.

Still haven't received a shirt I…

Still haven't received a shirt I ordered. I learned my lesson with these Chinese companies trying to hide the fact and then taking 3 weeks to actually get the product into the US> I just tracked it here but I am still without delivery some weeks after ordering. I am also concerned about reading others saying they have been overcharged. I will be checking my accounts now but why oh why do I have a bad feeling. Don't order use only US Companies.

Fun Gulf of Mexico Caps

I ordered two Gulf of Mexico hats. They provided frequent email updates on the order status. I received them within a couple of weeks. They are decent quality and even included an insert to maintain the structure of the crown of the cap. They initially overcharged me, but when I brought this to their attention via email they refunded me immediately. On the down-side, their email communications were very unusual in their language and format, though they still worked; it seems like maybe a language conversion issue. I can see why there may be questions about the integrity of this company, but in the end they proved their worth.

Zero stars. Worst company ever! I ordered shirts for St Pattys day back in January. They didn’t arrive until after. Bad quality of shirts as well. After never getting a shipping update after asking a lot it finally arrived so late. I said since it was not there in time just cancel the order and don’t ship. They are scammers and kept saying it would be there in time. Trying to get back money they wanted me to take pictures. Sent the pictures and their response was to send it back at my cost but it would be very expensive to send it back to China. I told them to send me a prepaid shipping form and I'll send it back. They came back with a $2 refund offer. Yep, a whole $2!! When I emailed them back and said it was not an acceptable offer they came back with a $4 refund!! I think they are up to 10$ now on an over 70$ order. It's an insulting offer so I asked for my money back and now, no answer. It seems they do this to everyone. Total rip-off! Avoid this company at all costs! I told them it will be my mission now to write a review anywhere I can every day now.

Ordered hats and sweatshirt on 3/11

Ordered hats and sweatshirt on 3/11. Followed the tracking to Greensboro NC on April 7th. On April 14th I file a claim with Paypal. Within a couple of hours I am informed that a new tracking number is available. For some reason the tracking is now coming from China. So I am not sure what is happening but I requested a refund and tomorrow I will contact Paypay and fight for my refund. FASHIONALLEY IS A FRAUDULANT COMPANY. I WILL UPDATE AS INFORMATION IS REC'D.

Don't use this company

Not recommending this company - products of poor quality, customer service appears helpful initially, but then goes into "AI"-mode and no further responses were received. Experienced an overcharge on my order, which I ended up getting refunded, but my $89 purchase wasn't and all I got was a "good will" offer of $18 as "returns to Chinese Warehouse are pricey". Since I attempted to cancel my order before it was even shipped, no action was taken on their end to halt the order. It took at least 10 back and forths through email without getting what I asked for.

Shady credit card charge

I placed an order and my credit card was charged for more than my invoice amount. Update: the vendor corrected the charge after I contacted them. However, it took a month for the purchase (a t-shirt) to be delivered, and there is no content label, so it's impossible to know where it was made and what the fabric is.

Same experience as others. Placed order on March 3rd. Still waiting for the hat I ordered. I doubt their “Tracking System” is legit. Total scam!
