I ordered what I thought was a jacket, but it turned out to be a shirt made of cheap materials and the lining on the left sleeve hung below the sleeve. I've emailed supportand have had no response in over 2 months. I jut want to return the shirt and receive a refund, but I don't even have a return address. I guess I'm out of luck. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Dont buy ever from these crooks. They lie about the quality and fabric of their shirts. They sent the wrong shirt and lied about the fabric. They have no phone to communicate with them and they never respond to emails to a problem. They give no refunds and take your money. These are crooks and should be arrested.

This service is deceptive. There's no confirmation of my order, no tracking number, and absolutely no information provided. The online ordering system seems fraudulent. They charged me for my selected item but sent something entirely different that likely costs very little. This needs to be reported to the appropriate authorities for scamming customers. My recommendation is clear: avoid placing any orders with them.
Complete fraud. The product is nowhere near what was depicted on the site. I attempted to initiate a return five times, but received no response via call or email. How do platforms like Google allow this to persist, with thousands of complaints? I wish I knew the origin of these scammers.

I ordered two shirts and received garbage 20 days later. The material is awful, and the stitching is poor. When I inquired about a refund and how to print a return label, I got an automated response asking for my order details, which I had already provided. I sent a reminder, but the silence continued. This entire experience feels like a scam. It's questionable why they are still allowed to advertise online. I've given up on getting a refund. I strongly caution others to avoid this site.
The sweatshirt and website are terrible. I received the wrong size, and it looked nothing like the image. The material is cheap and poorly made. After requesting a refund multiple times, I received nothing. They are thieves; steer clear at all costs.
I would rate zero if possible. I accidentally ordered four items and immediately reached out via their email, as they have no phone support. I've sent six emails and only received an automated reply saying a 'support ticket' was created, followed by a shipping update without any correction.
I ordered two shirts on 9/07/2025. As of 9/25/2025, they haven't shipped and I have no tracking number. When I contacted the company, their automated reply claimed the shirts had shipped, yet still no tracking info. Moreover, they stated it would take another 10 to 15 days to receive them. AVOID CLOTHING FROM THIS VENDOR. I eventually received three shirts on October 10, but they were nothing like what was advertised. I've been requesting return information for a week with no response. AVOID THIS VENDOR.
