Ease of booking. Clear inclusions.

I have used fast cover for the last couple of years. It is always a breeze to book and the inclusions are clearly laid out. I haven't had to make a claim yet so I can't comment on that side. But overall a positive experience thus far.

So far so good

Easy to understand how it all works and what is covered, simple to purchase and they were super helpful when I realised I’d put one day short at the end, and a quick extension was applied. Haven’t left yet so hopefully nothing happens that I need to claim for!

So pleasantly surprised that there is…

So pleasantly surprised that there is an insurance company that actually want to HELP you to regain your out of pocket expenses when travel plans go wrong, instead of trying to find every possible excuse to not pay your claim. My Claims Consultant was nothing but professional and gave me the advice I needed. Will only use Fastcover in future.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Would Not Recommend!When it comes to taking your money, this travel insurance company’s service is exceptional. They are quick to respond, polite, and make the process seem seamless. However, as soon as you need to make a claim, their true colors show.Filing a claim was an absolute nightmare. The process was slow, confusing, and after submitting all required documents, I was met with constant delays and no clear communication. When I finally managed to speak with a representative, they were unhelpful and dismissive.It’s clear that once they have your money, they couldn’t care less about providing any real service. I expected support and assistance when I needed it most, but instead, I was left frustrated and stressed.I would not recommend this company to anyone. They fail to deliver on their promises and only show their true lack of care when you’re in need.
