Smooth process to sign up and build cover but claim experience was nightmare. They will do everything to not approve your claim which is very poor for reason you get insurance for unknown otherwise what is the reason of insurance if circumstances is outside your control

Cover I requited.

I was able to create the cover I required.I have AF my specialist is not interested in seing me I have regular check up with my GP..My Mother had AF passed away at 94 not with AF. I enjoy travelling and at this stage happy to stay with you guys.

Good Experience

Had a great experience with Fast Cover Travel Insurance. I have never had to claim before on Travel insurance and found the process fairly straight forward. I had a designated claim team member, who helped me through the process. Will use them again for future travels. Very competitive price for the policy.

Fractured my shoulder

If you have any accident that requires surgery they will recommend you go back to Australia to have it resolved, even if it is an emergency, with no justification.This leaves you 2 options:Go back to Australia and end your policy.Disagree with their recommendation and they will also end your policy.At the end of the day I fractured my shoulder and received $0 from Fast Cover. Absolute scam, $600 wasted.
