Beware policy terms - sneaky
Booked whilst abroad as other insurance ran out and could not renew. Had an incident were baggage was delayed after the time when the insurance should have kicked in and had to argue back and forward and in the end they said the claim for delayed baggage and emergency clothing needed to have $750 spent and there was a $500 excess (who the hell spends over that amount for emergency clothing if delayed 24 hours - its a complete sham of a clause) Have had this situation with Chubb and they have always reimbursed no problems. Beware this sham company
