Used feel good contacts to purchase glasses , website was easy to use and their price was very good saved good bit money on what the high street opticians charge, very pleased with spectacles. The only issue was with the delivery company their tracking seemed ok, but wasted a full day waiting in for them not show up when they should’ve. Got the order the next day, due to having wasted a full day waiting for a no show I would not use this company again unless they changed their courier company, they must know how bad they are as there were quite few bad reviews about the courier on trust pilot.
Ordered and paid for a pair of glasses, choosing the lens package labelled 'optician recommended'. I later received a mail suggesting that their optician recommends that I upgrade to a higher package as the lenses are slimmer and lighter. I don't like these sales tactics. I requested a refund and then had multiple emails bounce back as their address doesnt work correctly. What a waste of time!
Despite the Irish website and company name with ‘IE’, I was disappointed to learn after ordering that this company ships from the UK, and also seemed to have problems responding to emails on their Irish contact address. My delivery of contact lenses ordered Sept 28 eventually arrived Oct 14 and from the tracking info appears to have spent more than a week waiting for ‘consolidation’ in London. I was told it was delayed in customs but tracking info showed clearing customs only took 13 hours
