Something very wrong with the lenses. Confirmed that they have my correct prescription but vision is very blurred using these glasses and is contorted. Advice is to wear the glasses to get used to them but this involves removing the tag if you want to go outside. This invalidates the refund policy. Absolutely not worth it, will be using an in person service in future.
I made an order with them one week ago and my parcel still hasn’t arrived. It was supposed to arrive 5 days ago. Customer service was appalling. I contacted them and after providing all the relevant information they said Evri had delivered it and showed me a photo of a letter box which was not mine. It didn’t even remotely resemble mine. I had my postcode on the delivery address which meant it would bring you straight to my door but unfortunately it wasn’t delivered. Then 30 mins later a representative came back to me saying this wasn’t my order at all and that the Irish service An Post was due to receive it soon instead but they were unaware where the parcel was. They said wait 2-3 days before coming back to them again if it wasn’t delivered. It wasn’t delivered and when I contacted them for an update they said Evri has it again. Very poor customer service, very conflicting information being provided. Would not recommend.
