Contact lenses meant to be delivered by Fastway last week but nothing delivered, contacted customer service , no help it’s 4 days later and today tell me they will get back to me in 2-3 days . Not good enough at all , Fastway have not delivered and I have no contact lenses
Good price and fast shipping for the same brand lenses Specsavers charge you nearly double for. Only thing I would mention is i miss the little haribo bags, used to get one in every order but it stopped. Shipping is pricey but by comparison still a money saver
Ordered my toric monthly contacts almost 2 weeks ago and tracking says they are still in the UK. Considering they were ordered on the IE site this is very frustrating. I will be purchasing contacts elsewhere for the foreseeable. What is the point of having an IE site?
Ive used the company for about 3 years without issue. I had two issues with my order last month( both my ow mistakes). I spoke to the customer service agent via the chat box both times and was surprised at how quick and efficiently both times the issue was resolved. I was delighted with the service and send a voicenote to a friend expressing how happy I was!! Would recommend to anyone
