Review Time
I ordered contact lenses on the 27th September, they have not arrived to date, it's not the 6th Oct. The delivery date I was given was 1st Oct. I rang them twice just to given 2 different excuses, both incorrect. The 1st guy told me I would have them the next working day when it clearly stated they were still in LHR, waiting to put put on a flight in a consolidated package. I rang again this morning to say they were actually delivered on Sat 4th Oct. I made him check shipping details again and they're they were still in the UK. He proceeded to tell me I would have them at the latest in this evenings mail delivery !!. Our mail is delivered every morning,a joke. I need them by close of business this Thursday as I am going on holidays. This is my order number H03GHC0010388145, and we'll wait to read the copy & paste message they reply with? One of the lines will read " you did not provide your order number. This company is a joke
Edited review. so in good faith i returned a duplicate order to feelgood and emailed them a copy of the receipt on the 17th september, since then they have been quiet. i emailed them yesterday the 30th and have had nothing but bounced/undeliverable emails, i sent them a whatsapp and they say they have not received the item and want proof again of the postage. i have submitted again.....It looks like i will now get the refund as per the response below . Took a while but think we have it resolved.thank you.FGO-2025860625338-ie
