I bought a paint, and after 2 weeks it still wasn’t sent. I kept writing to them, and every time I just got the same empty excuse: “we’re working hard to send it asap.” Six weeks later, instead of finally receiving my order, they sent me a wrong invoice for 30 TIMES the actual price—despite the fact that I had already paid! This is absolutely unacceptable. If you don’t have something in stock, update your website and stop wasting people’s time. Making customers wait for months. I STILL haven’t received the product yet. I regret ever ordering here and warn others to stay away.
I recently the polished concrete kit for my bathroom and I'm absolutely delighted with result. The product is exceptionally excellent, and application is child's play. Whats also impressed me was the speed with which I received my order.
Ferber Painting has been by far the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.In June 2025, I ordered their so-called Paint Remover (Order No. FPES6828WP) for €170.The product turned out to be completely useless — tested on several different surfaces, it had zero effect, did not perform as described, and was nowhere near the quality claimed.This is not just poor quality — it is blatantly misleading and deceptive.What makes it worse is the company’s chaotic and manipulative communication.I officially requested a cancellation, filled out and submitted their own cancellation form, yet weeks have passed without any actual refund.Their replies are template-based, contradictory, and often contain fictional or irrelevant information.The company is unreachable by phone, and their email responses are automated and evasive, clearly designed to delay and confuse customers.Their so-called “refund process” is a complete dead end — they keep claiming it’s being processed, but nothing ever happens.Their customer service is non-existent, and complaints are systematically ignored.This company is unreliable, dishonest, and operates in a way that clearly constitutes online deception.I am currently pursuing a chargeback procedure through my bank and filing a formal complaint with the European Consumer Centre (CEC España).Do not buy from this company under any circumstances.Ferber Painting is a well-orchestrated scam, selling poor-quality, non-functional products while ignoring all European consumer protection obligations.Frankly, I’m shocked that this business is still allowed to advertise and operate online within the EU.
