Had an initial screening session to help match me with a therapist.Although was paid for, I Found this very helpful in deciding what I was looking for in therapy and gave 3 recommendations for counsellors. After trying counselling elsewhere a number of times, without much sucess, I was very glad to work with someone I can engage well with.Very convenient to book appointments and attend. Has helped me through a very difficult time. It's a journey, but am glad I had fettle to help me.
We had a couples therapy session with Isobel and it was a really positive experience for both of us. We felt heard and she gave us some really good suggestions and recommendations around communication. Would 100% recommend Isobel. We booked on Monday and had our session online Wednesday. We feel it has really helped us and our relationship already and we are feeling very positive about the future.
