AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This seller is a scam. The products look like 3D ornaments but are actually cheap prints on plastic! I could have made something better myself with a 3D printer. I would give them zero stars if I could. I will keep the four ornaments I ordered as a reminder to never buy poor quality items again.
Misleading. The ornaments that appeared carved are actually flat plastic pieces with images of the animal. After several emails requesting a full refund, I gave up and accepted a partial refund, throwing the items away since they didn't want them back. AVOID THIS BUSINESS.
Buyer beware! I’m so annoyed at myself for not checking this company and its shoddy products on Trust Pilot before placing an order. If nothing else, I’ve learned a lesson! I saw an advert on Google for this company’s animal Christmas ornaments. They were having a sale and the ornaments looked truly beautiful. From the photos, they looked like 3D ornaments with incredible detail that could either be hung on a tree or used as stand alone ornaments. They weren’t terribly expensive for what I thought they were and I’ve bought similar ornaments from local shops which were made from a type of plasticky resin so I thought these were the same. So I went ahead and ordered two, just to try them. The delivery period was quite long but that was okay because I thought they were coming from the US and I was prepared to wait. Anyway they arrived today in an envelope that would have been suitable for a tube of mascara, not two ornaments. When I opened it, I tipped out two discs of plastic with photocopies of the ornaments on them, and a bit of gold string for tying. Both of them look like cheap, horrible tat, that I wouldn’t have paid £2.00 for, never mind £26.00 plus p&p! I went back to the site and looked again at the images and they honestly do look like they are 3D, and even the descriptions do not say that they’re just badly copied pictures on small flat pieces of plastic. I’m now bracing myself to attempt to return them but based on these reviews, I’m not going to have much luck. I’m just glad I didn’t buy more because they looked so lovely in the pictures. And I’m just kicking my own backside for not checking the reviews on Trust Pilot first!
I saw their ad for the smart bouncing ball on YouTube, which showed a golden retriever happily playing with it. My dog is the same size but when the ball arrived I saw that it is only 2 inches, a severe choking hazard for a dog that size. Their return policy is very mean-spirited. I have to send it to China (from Canada)at my expense, pay a restocking fee and then they with give me a 40% refund. They are guilty of fraudulent advertising and then they punish the victim. I hope this company goes broke
I saw this lovely looking Xmas tree decoration advertised on Google , at a reduced price , looked lovely , £13 instead of £16. BUT. It’s awful don’t waste your money , it looks 3D in the advert but is actually flat and nothing like that advert. I contacted them by email and told them what I thought , HONESTLY i would not have bought it had I seen it even for £1 . I was going to give it as a gift to my daughter as she has lost her much loved cat, now as I can’t send it back I will bin it. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY .I WISH I HAD LOOKED AT TRUST PILOT FIRST .
