I ordered the dog boots, but they are completely ineffective. When I requested a discount, they offered me a 10% refund while suggesting I keep the unusable boots. They are poorly made, stiff, and my dog struggled to wear them. I questioned why I would accept a partial refund on a product that is of no use to us. This feels like a scam.
Terrible experience, not fit for business. The holiday decoration we received was completely different from what was shown. It feels like a waste of money. There is no returns policy, so for £16, we ended up with a poorly made plastic disc. We expected a 3D ornament. This feels like a scam.

I find it potentially hazardous due to the battery inside. I have to throw it away, and considering the high cost, including shipping, it was a poor decision. I wouldn't suggest purchasing it.

I am very let down by the cat figurine I received. It looks nothing like the one in the advertising pictures. In the pictures, the cat has a smooth, shiny surface with beautifully done patterns. The one I received has a matte finish, and the patterns are poorly engraved! The color is completely off, resembling a strange turquoise. This feels like a scam, and I will not be paying for it.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This seller is a scam. The products look like 3D ornaments but are actually cheap prints on plastic! I could have made something better myself with a 3D printer. I would give them zero stars if I could. I will keep the four ornaments I ordered as a reminder to never buy poor quality items again.
