Terrible customer support

This has been the worst customer support experience I've had in years while running a company. I've encountered better support from government agencies in Germany, which says a lot. We are now migrating to other tools.

Consider alternatives, it's frustrating

Two stars. We're in the process of transitioning to another design tool. We frequently face overcharging issues. Switching seats results in charges, and removing a seat prevents teammates from accessing their work. Even re-adding a seat incurs additional charges. Support feels unresponsive. This platform seems to be squeezing users dry. My advice is to seek a different tool.

Why remove essential features?

Why would you eliminate the bottom toolbar? The platform was already challenging to navigate, and now it's even worse. Honestly, your application has significant flaws; it's hard to understand how anyone could find it satisfactory.

Frustratingly slow

The tool is excruciatingly slow. Developers often report issues with opening it, or it gets stuck during loading. While the projects are sizable, they could be better organized into tabs and pages that load efficiently after the initial render.

Pricing for developers

Basically the Figma developed for designers and designers have to pay for professional account. Developers use it just for implementation why developers should pay $12 per month for dev seat, Just for using Dev mode. Please reconsider about the pricing.

All good but they need to work on its performance. If we need to open a project with thousands of prototypes and animations, it keeps lagging and sometimes gets stuck. That's really annoying.
