This service should be completely avoided. One day I made a payment, the next day I received a refund, and on the same day, the tires I wanted increased in price by 40 euros. Seeking a clear explanation received no response; they are unreachable by phone, WhatsApp is only partially functional, and email replies are rare. No tires were available, but they sent a discounted link for valves, which I’m unsure how to use, but at least it’s something.

I ordered four new tires on January 2nd for delivery to a repair shop. Two tires arrived on time, but the other two have yet to be delivered. Tracking indicates they haven't even been picked up by the shipper. I've received no response to calls, emails, or WhatsApp messages for several days.
