100% a scam, I try to get a loan through Finnfox Which evidently sent me to the this company when I felt sketchy about them asking a dollar on a credit or debit card to verify My identity. Turn off a couple weeks later here they are trying to take $40. And they're based out of India. Do not trust these people, luckily they didn't get my money but now I have to get a new card. A bunch of bums.
Went to the bank yesterday to withdraw cash for the Holidays and the ATM said my card was not verified. I went inside the bank and they told me there was a hold on the account and gave me a number to call. I call and there was a $39.95 charge from Financify, I have no idea who they are. I admit I was looking at some loan sites but I never agreed to anything. They must be very sneaky in how they get your information. The bank flagged it right away and now I have to wait to get a new debit card during the holiday season......Thanks to my bank for catching it.
This company has to be stopped!! I think everyone who has been robbed by this company should file a class action lawsuit against them!! For the past 2 months they have been stealing money out of our checking account and we have never heard of this company!!! When we requested a refund they said they would only give back 25 percent!!! We have never had any dealings with finacefy and we want the 80 dollars back that they stole from us!!!!! Anyone else want to sue???
DO NOT DO IT! I tried to cancel my trial and when I did all of a sudden it says that I asked for a reduction of the regular price, which I did NOT! I chose to CANCEL! Then it says I can’t cancel because I chose reduce my “subscription” price! They are criminals!
I had the same experience as stated below. I had not heard of this company, did not sign up for it but was charged $39.99. I requested a total refund but according to the company they couldn’t give me one because I never notified them within 7 days that I didn’t want this service??? How could I respond in 7 days when I had no idea that this company existed. She kept trying to sell the services and I can’t continued to refuse. This is only my thoughts, but I feel with the way this economy is going and the fact that many people are suffering this company is taking advantage of it. If someone is looking for a $200 loan, etc they go online they are not looking for this type of service. They also said they sent me an email with info introducing me to the company which I never received. How could I since I never knowingly signed up for this.
Really deceptive. Was trying to get a loan and had to sign up to this in order to potentially get the loan was charged a $1 but then checked again and after a week was gonna be charged $39. Luckily I cancelled in time. Plus they asked me like 4 times if I was sure I wanted to cancel. Ridiculous. Be careful with this place
