I have never heard of this company. My "subscription" started while I was on a cruise ship in the middle of the ocean with no cell phone or internet service. I was charged the monthly fee twice before catching it and filing a fraud charge with my bank. There was no misunderstanding. There was no confusion. This is 100% fraud. I don't know how they got my information but it wasn't from me.
I am on the phone with my bank right now arranging for a block to be set up against these thieves! I called on November 5 and requested the subscription be cancelled. I was assured it was but was charged another $39.95 today, November 14. Your business practices are AWFUL! The number I called to dispute the charge is no longer affiliated with Financeify. You’ll get no more of my money!!! Scammers!!!
This company should be in trouble for scamming. I wanted to get a loan but instead was tricked into paying $1 and then they attempted to charge me 39.95 after I cancelled on the phone with them. Lucky for me I have a bank who cared to stop the payment.
This company that I have no idea who they are or how they got my information billed my account. One dollar and then $39.95. I called and they would not give me any information when I asked their full names or address of the company. I had to cancel and change all.of my bank accounts thanks to this company. I will be reporting everywhere I can. After reading the same exact reviews, this company is a huge scam.
This is just a comment and advice this company is whdt I call a bold onethey actually get off antagonizing the former customers I'll share how I handled what we can say is the twin to this company I contacted the FCRA in Washington in writing and certified mail and explained the situation to them the violations and fraud and they were committing against me and said I wanted a out of court settlement and was granted it False and missing leadingFraud Harassment (antagonizing you) And numerous other ones
Absolute scam artist!! After filling out a form on a legitimate website, a new page appears that tries to make you think that it is a continuation of the same web page that you were on. And then request a picture of your debit card for identification purposes. AT NO TIME DID I EVER AUTHORIZE A $1 CHARGE TO MY DEBIT CARD OR DID I AGREE OR SIGN UP FOR ANY SERVICES FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY NAMED FINANCIFY. I immediately saw that they tried to hit my debit card with the $1 transaction and it was denied thank goodness. So I had to research to find an email address for the company and I sent two emails to them on November 2nd stating that I did not authorize any charges to my debit card and I did not sign up for any service provided by a company named Financify. So they tried to hit my debit card again and this time it was for the amount of $39.95.Once again my bank I refused the transaction because it looked sketchy. So then I contacted my bank and I had to drive to go get a new card and deactivate the old card because of this company. This is absurd that they have not been stopped with this fraudulent and unethical predatory behavior. Contacting all of the governing bodies of this fraud of a company. *****UPDATE!!!!!!*******FINANCEIFY you will be hearing from my attorney, the FTC, BBB, CFPB, and Navy Federal. I don't need to share details on this site to prove you are crooks. Lol at all the other reviews. YOU ARE CROOKS AND THIEVES!!!! See you in court!
I literally had to get a new credit card number because they kept charging my card. First it was $1, then $39.95, then $19.95, then $39.95 again and so on. I canceled on their website the day I signed up because it wasn't what they made it out to be. Even though their app showed my account was no longer active, they kept charging me. I sent email after email and never got a response. This went on for over 3 months. I don't know how this company is allowed to continue operations with how they handle (or in this case, refuse to handle) business. I can see I'm not the only one judging by their reviews. Avoid this company like the plague. If I had known then what I know now, I would choose the plague.
