Update, 05/28/2025. Financify keeps asking for my "account" number or verification??? DID YOU READ MY COMPLAINT??? Hey Financify, I DON"T HAVE AN ACCOUNT, never signed up for one, approved one, or /and never ever authorized you to steal my money. You are criminals, and the worst kind, trying to blame me for your company stealing from my. Have the decency to own the fraud. Read others on here? same stupid fraudulent actions. This financeify straight up stole 39.95, and and a dollar charge before that. Charged me for a financial planning program I NEVER signed up for. These slime bags stole my money thru fraud. I originally was offered a loan, but they tricked me you by getting your debit info, then bait and switch to the finance plan. I had to cancel my card and change bank account. If I ever get the fortune of personally running into one of the employees that steal for this fraud criminal company I can tell you now it won’t go well for them, you can bank that. Total criminal enterprise . LET me answer the lies financify posted. NOWHERE did I sign for many program. When I called them they gave me a total runaround, they kept asking what my account was, with them, and I kept repeating I don't have one but was charged a 39.95 fee for their services which were NEVER PRESENTED TO ME. You guys are total criminals. ANd they also refused to help me, had no customer service for fraud, and would not help me. YOU ARE scum, financify
BEWARE! This company tries a bait and switch. They try charging you for a service that you never signed up for and when you call them, they try selling you another service. To your reply, I never signed up for your service to begin with so, why were you trying to charge me for something I never sign up for?? And to show how bad of a company you are, it took you 2 months and 8 days to reply.
I clearly have the same issue everyone else has. How sad that companies like this prey on people trying to get financial advice. They should be shut down! Canceled last month but charged again...no offer to even partially refund membership. Claimed i was charged 3 days ago..not true. Very Scandalous.
Now 2 months in a row this place has stolen my money. $39.95 now twice! Absolutely ridiculous! Going to my bank tomorrow to report them for fraud! The site said not to contact your bank if you have billing issues, to go to them to cancel your membership first! I never agreed to any financial membership and how they have managed to get away with this is absolutely shameful!
This company steals money. I was directed to this site to get my credit score and paid $1. Then I get a email from this company saying I had a 7 day trial free membership then afterwards, I would pay $39.95. I immediately called to cancel the subscription. The gal I spoke with assured me the subscription was cancelled. So a week later, I get a transaction from this company for 39.95. I called and they refuse to give me my money back. I told the rep I was speaking with that he should be ashamed to work for a company that steals money. Be careful with these guys, they will take your money and do not care!!!
This is the worst company to deal with. They don't answer emails, then phone rings & rings with no answer. After 6 months of calling & e-mailing, I spoke to a live person who only offered a small refund. They purposely make it difficult to cancel. Buyer beware.
Will I never learn!!! I was offered a data protection service on a free one week trial. I canceled the trial 3 days into the service. They still charged me $39.95, FOR A CANCELLED ACCOUNT. I will try to get it back, but if not it took $39.95 for my lesson. PLEASE BE AWARE OF WHO YOU GIVE YOUR INFORMATION TO. IT'S THE TIME OF THIEVES. SOME PEOPLE WANT C TO GET MONEY FREE. THE REST OF US WORK FOR IT HONESTLY. GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOU.
