Taking money out of my account for a…

Taking money out of my account for a service I never asked for nor need ..39.95 may be small change to some but to me it has made things super hard because my monthly budget is only 987 a month and my lot rent is almost my whole monthly pension.I will be notifying the BBB and contacting my attorney because your company is ripping people off and it's time someone takes a stand.my bank is now working on a claim for fraudulent charges for a service I never signed up... hopefully God hears my prayers it took me 3 months to even find out what the name of the company was that was ripping me off..

Not a loan company - debt consolidation for a fee!

I was looking for a loan and this one popped up in the results. Come to find out after my debit card was declined (thank goodness!) I was told to try a different card. The card, I was told, was just to verify my identity. As it turns out, it was going to charge me $1.00 and then $39.99 a month for their services!!!! The dollar can be refunded if requested but they neglected to even mention that prior to submitting my info. I just go lucky that mine was turned down (my card was locked thank goodness!). Don’t be fooled by these people. Why they can continue to have their website up is beyond me! I’m sick and tired of being taken advantage of by these companies online! Preying on desperate people who actually need legitimate help!

Unbelievable

I was filling out a loan application and it said I had to get my credit score. For a dollar with Financify with a 7 day trial. So I did it. But come to find out you can only cancel by phone and guess what they are closed on the weekends and they count those days as part of the trial. So when I called on Monday to cancel my subscription and get a refund that was charged on Sunday. They would only give me half of the refund which was $19. Keep in mind I never even activated my account. I only got a credit score that I didn’t need but was forced to to use to fill out this credit application. Anyway I just think that any company that makes money by hoping you forget to cancel a subscription or only lets you cancel by phone because they are closed on weekend. Is deceitful. I mean shouldn’t it be 7 business days. Or at least let you cancel online.

If I could give Zero stars I would

If I could give Zero stars I would. This company Finacify is a loan company that helps find loan lenders and help fix your credit. I was looking at loans for the holiday. I'll admit that, I did. However I never signed up for any subscription with them. Next thing I know there's a charge for 39.99 in my bank account. I called the number on my bank statement to get it reversed. And it is Wellcare's phine number. So I asked them if they knew that financify is reporting their number on people bank statements. I double checked the phone number I call from my bank statement it was 18668386909. I than searched the webpage F1NC.US it lead me to the correct Finicify webpage with their actual phone number. Which is 1866-836-6909. I called them and had the m reverse the charges as I never agreed to sign up for a subscription. I let the customer service person know about the incorrect phine number reported to my bank statement and I felt that was misleading and fraud on their part and that I wanted a supervisor to reach out to me in reguards to the matter being corrected. Please know this company just wants to make that $39.99 from you monthly and they never want you to be able to cancel that subscription.
