Extremely disappointing experience

I am shocked by how poor this company is. This is my second review in an attempt to get their attention. I've sent numerous emails, as there’s no other way to reach them—chat is never available, and calls go unanswered. After returning an item on December 17, I still haven't received my refund nearly a month later. All I get are automated replies. It’s now January 10. Avoid shopping online with this company to save yourself frustration.

Exceptional manager experience

This review pertains to the outlet in Braintree. I attempted to return an item that I thought was purchased in-store, but they said an exchange wasn’t possible. However, my daughter called and clarified it was from an outlet. The manager was very apologetic and asked her to send it back. She provided a refund voucher, explained how to use it online, and even emailed it to my daughter. She truly deserves recognition—thank you.

Customer service is lacking

I wish I could rate customer service with a zero. I ordered something and tried to cancel within 30 minutes, but I was informed that cancellation must be done within 10 minutes. My items were sent to an address I can't retrieve from, and they offered no assistance. This is appalling customer service.

I cannot recommend this service. The items are of poor quality, with bad fit and material. I returned my order, but the company has ignored all my emails and follow-ups. There is no customer service to speak of.
