Adam Smith just visited to sort out a leak on our fridge freezer. Great communication ahead of the visit letting us know 30 mins before when they would be arriving on the morning of the appt. Very polite and informative and sorted the problem.

Dishwasher Repair

Dishwasher stopped working mid wash with F1 error message. After 5 days it started working again but then a few days later the same thing happened. Somewhere water was leaking on to a sensor and eventually drying out. Emailed Fisher Paykel and a very helpful person called Salena arranged an appointment for an engineer. Adam Smith duly arrived, discussed the problem and diligently searched for the leak. It’s a double drawer dishwasher so it took a while to locate the leak. I thought he wasn’t going to fix it but he was so persistent and eventually found it and fitted a new part. Adam was also very understanding that I needed to lip read our conversations. He also gave some helpful advice and tips on best use of the dishwasher.I liked that he posted a live location tracker whilst he was en route. A very successful outcome.
