Excellent and Efficient

The top drawer dishwasher would not drain. F&P Customer service were very personable and helpful and booked in an engineer visit. AJ let me know in advance of his arrival time which was extremely helpful, he was friendly, efficient, tidy and resolved the issue perfectly. Excellent service and would recommend without hesitation. :)

Dishwasher repair

Paul kept me informed regarding arrival time from early on which is really helpful. He arrived promptly at the time he advised and quickly identified the problem with our dish drawer and carried out a fix. Very impressed with the professional approach. A satisfied customer.

Paul came and fixed our dishwasher

Paul came and fixed our dishwasher. Arrived on time, no mess, no fuss. he had the required part in the van so installed it, tested to make sure it was working and helped me with the cutlery basket while we waited. Great experience.
