ROB YOUNG - Senior Engineer attended our home today and started from the beginning to correct all of our issues.
For almost 2 years we have had connection issues, many engingeers have attended and tried their best, ROB is next level as in capabilities, attitude, problem solving skills, communication, and he would not leave until absolutely everything was done to his satisfaction.
I feel confident that l can now remain with quickline and renew my contract and that is down to ROB.
Thankyou for your outstanding service Rob, for caring with such diligence and spending all day here! You are very much appreciated.

Hassle free 1st rate installation, although later than planned they came on the day they said ,it was raining,wet and miserable and dark but they still turned out,The engineer was very apologetic for the delay even though it was only an hour outside the time slot and teatime,he was so lovely and very respectful,I have two white GSD s and I apologised as the chap was covered in white fur,he was brilliant with my dogs who thought he was wonderful ,he was professional to the point he even used a spirit level to check everything was neat and tidy , hoovered up after himself even though the dogs are moulting,he checked everything was working properly and the office did a speed test to check everything was as it should be ,I would highly recommend Quickline to anyone thinking of going full fibre if the opportunity arises ,they use their own infrastructure so there will be no blaming any other company that it's their equipment,It's good solid equipment ,not tacky or flimsy and the speed is fantastic,so if your village or neighbourhood is lucky enough to see them putting their infrastructure in ,it's a bit of a pain with all the vans machinery and instructions don't complain ,get yourself signed up ,you will not regret it ,I haven't and keep in mind your internet is only as good as the hardware and any equipment your using so make sure your not using equipment ie : desktop computers,tablets phones,games consoles etc that are up to date or antique because you won't feel the benefit and may well complain when you've only yourself to blame , most of my items are relatively new and a couple I've had to update the software and clean up all my hardware is now tickety boo and I couldn't be happier,Many Many Thanks to Quickline I couldn't be happier

Been with Quickline for just shy of a month. Installation provided by Paul G was excellent. Worked together to make sure that cabling was ran exactly how we wanted. Quickline were also happy as a more advanced customer to allow us to provide our own router and also offer a static IP. Very pleased with the service and would highly recommend for anyone where Quickline fibre is an option.
