Everything arrived at once; shopping delivery, old fridge in the doorway and the new one! Steve and Connor were excellent, helped me move the old fridge into the outbuilding, preparing and bringing the new one in - I’m sure they would have helped to unpack the shopping too! 10/10.
Great service from Dean, prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Resolved the issue with the ice machine quickly, and gave some tips on preventative maintenance that will hopefully mean my fridge continues on for more years. Excellent service, good value for a quality appliance. I would not hesitate to recommend again.
First class service provided by Ash from Fisher & Paykel today. Arrived on time as promised, carried out work on Fridge/freezer in a neat and tidy manner. Identified problem, new part fitted and he made sure everything was put back in place and working properly before he left.
Dean was amazing troubleshooting different issues. He helped point out a number of problems with the installation; the leaching itself appeared to be working fine! Grateful for quick easy booking process and timely visit from engineer.
